Our clients team of experienced commercial solicitors advise clients of all sizes, from small-medium sized businesses, large multinational corporations, local and central government, and other public and third sector organisations.

They offer expert legal advice to support a range of transactions with businesses and organisations from across the private sector, public sector and third sector.

The role

The commercial team is looking for an experienced solicitor to undertake and advise on a variety of procurement matters. You will work closely with the partners and other lawyers in the team and will be given responsibility for running your own matters (with support) dependent on experience.

We are looking for commercially astute individuals who are adept at providing proactive and practical advice to clients. The successful candidate will be forward-thinking individuals whose attitude and approach are as important as previous experience.

The successful candidate will be familiar with procurement law and have a strong background and skill set in commercial law.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, ambitious and well-established team and would suit an individual looking for a challenge and who is keen to display their technical and practical legal skills. This role offers the successful candidate the chance to work closely with senior lawyers providing advice to clients directly and holds genuine prospects of advancement. Required experience/skills

• 3+ years PQE
• Working knowledge of procurement law
• Sound technical ability
• Personable and confident

• Strong IT skills
